Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how [Company legal name] ("Transformational Intimacy") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use https://www.transformationalintimacy.com, contact us or buy services from us. Questions: travis@travisstreb.com.
Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information:
- details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, what you order, your messages and any quiz or survey answers;
- technical data gathered automatically through cookies, pixels and similar tools, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages you view and the referring site; and
- order and delivery updates from the companies that process and ship orders.
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, and we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use personal information to fulfil orders and services and to support you; to send order updates and, where the law requires your permission, marketing you have agreed to; to understand and improve the site and our advertising; and to prevent fraud and comply with legal, tax and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under contract:
- payment processing: our payment processor;
- email and messaging: our email service;
- analytics: analytics tools;
- shipping carriers and fulfilment partners;
- professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your cookie choices
Cookies and similar pixels store your preferences and let us measure traffic and ad performance. You may block or clear cookies in your browser settings and use the opt-outs that ad platforms offer; where legally required, we treat Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out from targeted advertising.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect the information we hold, although no way of sending or storing data is entirely secure.
Our emails
Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; opting out of marketing does not stop messages about your orders or account.
Your rights in the US
Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas, may be entitled to learn what personal information we hold, obtain a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of targeted advertising or of its sale or sharing. Send requests to travis@travisstreb.com; we will confirm your identity, reply within the legal time limit, and never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To appeal our decision, reply to our answer.
Keeping and deleting data
Information is kept only for as long as the purposes above require, including legal, tax and accounting needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Young people
Children under 13 are not our audience, and we do not knowingly gather their data; if one has provided information, let us know and it will be deleted.
When this policy changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
