01 · Why you're here

You don't have to be in trouble to want more.

There is love here. A life you built on purpose. Most of it is good, and you would not trade it.

And still. Touch that has gone from reverent to routine. Conversations that sort the week instead of finding each other. A love that is safe, and quieter than it used to be. You can name every reason it makes sense, and the wanting does not go away.

Or you are arriving on your own, done repeating a pattern you can see clearly now and still fall into.

What you want is to be wanted. To be met. To say the true thing out loud and have it welcomed instead of managed.

Almost nobody was taught how to love like that. It is a skill, and nobody handed it to you.

Your longing is not the problem. It's the beginning.

Featured story

“We truly saw each other in a way we haven't before.”

John and TeraJohn & Tera · together for decades

One couple's weekend, in their own words.

The moment

“There were so many moments that will stay with us, but one of the final practices stands out… we truly saw each other in a way we haven't before.”

The space

“The space felt safe and sacred, and it allowed us to express our love openly and honestly. It encouraged us to go to places we hadn't gone before, even when there was tension or strong emotion.”

What stayed

“We were reminded that when we're willing to go a little deeper, there's always something meaningful waiting there.”

02 · The work

You already understand this. Here is where you practice it.

You have read the books, taken the course, had the good long conversation in the car — and the understanding is real. What has been missing is somewhere to practice: with a body, in a moment, with someone watching who can tell you what they see.

So this weekend is built as practice. You are guided through something, you try it with a real person in a real body, and you get feedback while it is still happening. That is what embodied means here: you learn it by feeling it and doing it, not by understanding it.

Desire, practiced

The charge between two people — the pull — as something you can create on purpose, in a moment, instead of waiting for it to arrive. Its working name is sexual polarity.

Your nervous system, and theirs

How to settle yourself, and how to help someone you love settle, without abandoning what's true for you.

Needs and nourishment

Saying what you actually want out loud, and learning how to receive it when it arrives.

And then the part that matters most — carrying it home, into ordinary Tuesday moments.

03 · Polarity, in plain words

Two sides of the same practice. You'll work with both.

Polarity just means the charge between two people — the pull. One side of it is grounded, steady, attentive. The other is alive, responsive, expressive. Everyone has both. Most of us have one we've stopped practicing. Over three days you'll practice your familiar side, and the one you avoid.

The grounded side

  • Bringing more depth and awareness into your body
  • Becoming someone trust can land on
  • Creating a spark of real polarity in a single moment
  • Making it safe enough that someone wants to let go, instead of asking them to

The alive side

  • Moving love and pleasure through your body
  • Being responsive moment to moment instead of braced
  • Drawing out depth and attention from the person in front of you
  • Revealing what your heart knows, and letting it be a gift

04 · By Sunday afternoon

What you'll have practiced by the time you leave.

This is what the weekend is designed to put in your hands — six things, in the leaders' own words.

  • Creating an experience of deep, satisfying turn-on
  • Regulating and resolving your own nervous system, and a partner's
  • Feeling sexy and alive in your body
  • Turning mundane moments into moments of deep connection
  • Evoking the best for yourself and for your partner
  • Navigating real life while keeping an undercurrent of love and devotion

These are practices you'll be led through, not promises about how your relationship will turn out.

Coming together, or coming on your own.

Coming together

You'll practice with each other, and sometimes alongside other couples, which is a strange and useful mirror. One participant put it better than we can.

This felt like a place where I could fully be all of me and express all of it, and not just be loved in that, but even celebrated.

Coming alone

People do come on their own. Geoffrey came single and dating, to get feedback from other couples and other individuals. You'll be guided through the practices with others in the room. How pairing works for the March weekend is confirmed with you before you book.

Whether you are in partnership, or you're a solo practitioner like I am… I came alone to this practice. All of it was invaluable.

Sarah Entrup and Travis Streb.

Sarah Entrup

Co-leader · Embodiment & relational intimacy

Sarah has been teaching tools of transformation for over 25 years. Her work moves through nervous-system regulation, shadow work and embodiment, and she completed a three-year teacher training certification in Intimacy and Embodiment with John Wineland. She is most fulfilled teaching singles and couples how to build relationships that are genuinely turned on and rooted in generosity — because when a core wound is being cared for, there is finally room to meet someone. She co-teaches Transformational Intimacy with Travis.

Travis Streb

Co-leader · Leadership, intimacy & polarity

Travis has coached for over a decade, in boardrooms and in living rooms. Since 2017 he has studied, practiced and taught relational intimacy and sexual polarity. He works with people who have read everything and still can't quite live it, and his whole interest is the gap between knowing about love and showing up in it. He co-leads Transformational Intimacy with Sarah.

What stood out most was the way everything slowed down. We began with connection, and the pacing allowed me to really drop in and be present in a way that felt different.

“While I thought this workshop was about connecting with my partner, I discovered it was first and foremost about connecting with myself. After this weekend, which was expertly facilitated by Sarah and Travis, I feel more deeply and completely connected with myself, and more aware of my innate wholeness and sovereignty than ever before. From this place of embodied self-awareness there is so much clarity, deep calm, and endless gratitude…”

What happens next

  1. Tell us who's coming.
  2. We send the venue, the schedule and the terms in writing.
  3. You confirm, and we tell you exactly how to pay.

Want to ask about paying in instalments, or anything else about the money? Raise it when you reach out.

08 · Or start with a conversation

Ask us the question you don't want to put in writing.

Some people want to book and be done. Others want to hear a voice first, and ask the question they don't want to put in writing. Both are fine.

Tell us a little about where you are, and say whether you'd rather speak with Sarah or with Travis. One of them will write back to arrange a time — a conversation, not a sales call.

Optional. As much or as little as you like.

This opens a message in your own email app, addressed to Travis, who looks after these with Sarah. Your answers come through with it — press send there and it is on its way. Prefer to write it yourself? travis@travisstreb.com

Your email app should be opening with this message ready to send to Travis. If nothing happened, write to travis@travisstreb.com instead.

The questions people actually ask.

Is there nudity? Will people be touching me?

The participation, consent and touch guidelines for March come to you in writing before you book or pay anything, and we'll answer the nudity and touch questions directly on a call. One participant described it this way: I've never done anything like this, and it instantly felt safe. Everything was done in a way that felt like they knew you were okay for that next step, and they give you permission to tap out. We would always rather you ask than guess.

Can I come without my partner?

Yes, and people do. You'll be guided through the practices with others in the room. We confirm exactly how pairing works for March with you before you book.

My partner is reluctant. Should we come anyway?

Not reluctantly. This asks something of both of you, and it doesn't work if one of you is being managed into the room. Book a call instead — that conversation is usually the more useful one.

We've done therapy. Is this instead of that?

No. Plenty of people here have done good work with a therapist and value it. This is a different tool: practice and feedback in your body, in real time, with a person in front of you. It sits alongside the rest.

Is this a sex party?

No. It's a taught weekend with a structure, a schedule, two leaders and explicit limits. The subject is desire and intimacy. The format is practice.

What if I'm the only one in the room like me?

Participants have come as couples and on their own — the ones who have told us about it range from 18 years together to several decades. One put it this way: it's really a workshop for an individual, and it's not necessarily for people that are just in couple partnership. The common thread is wanting more aliveness in how you love.

What if I need to cancel?

You'll have the cancellation terms in writing before you pay anything. Read them, and ask us if anything is unclear.

Do you offer private coaching too?

Yes. Private work is available alongside the intensives. Mention it in the form or on your call and we'll tell you what's open.
